Job Overview

The Store Manager Assistant role at Wineflair is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in Coleraine. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering exceptional customer service, maximising branch profitability, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in a sales or retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success. A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Lead by example, setting high standards of conduct and performance for yourself and your team
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team

Requirements

- 2+ years' experience in a sales or retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
