Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT is seeking a skilled Haematology Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and have experience in haematology services.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting diagnostic tests, and interpreting results accurately.
- Leadership and Management: You will work closely with other Consultant Haematologists to share responsibility for the department's management, ensuring compliance with UKAS Ltd standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication with clinicians, hospital staff, and General Practitioners is essential to ensure seamless diagnosis and management of haematological disorders.
- Professional Development: You will participate in continuing medical education, contribute to the development of training posts, and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
- Competitive Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
