  • Estimated Salary: £36,154 - £51,123 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Location: Canterbury
  • Contract: Full-time (Part-time options may be available)
  • Job Type: Teaching

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons to students at secondary level
  2. Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  4. Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine departmental policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • Possession of a valid DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
