International Business Development Executive

Senior Business Development Role: ASC Connections Ltd is seeking a highly experienced International Business Development Executive to join its team.
Job Overview:
- Develop Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace industry.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team: Work closely with the internal customer team and Commercial Manager to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Travel Requirements: Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers quarterly, requiring approximately 6-8 trips per year.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Strong Business Development Skills: Proven track record of developing business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company confidently and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company interests.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings.
About the Company: This company has experienced significant growth, with turnover doubling over the last three years. Working hours are Mon to Fri (half day Fridays) - 37 hours per week.
