Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team involved in the installation and maintenance of industrial and specialist door systems.
  • Work hands-on with heavy equipment, carpentry, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor methods and work flow, and motivate team members to achieve target timings.
  • Ensure all documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained and complied with.
  • Manage, recruit, discipline, and oversee the timekeeping of staff.
  • Ensure health and safety rules are followed and PPE is used as appropriate at all times.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
