The Company: A leading manufacturer of wound care and compression therapy solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Strategy Manager to join their team.

The Role:

  • As a Clinical Strategy Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to support the UK strategy and its implementation.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical activity and evidence generation aligned to compression care and wound care solutions.
  • You will work closely with UK and Global cross-functional teams, including regulatory, R&D, and marketing and sales to ensure the clinical safety, efficacy, and market adoption of the company's medical devices.
  • This role is critical in providing clinical leadership, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • A relevant clinical qualification, such as RGN.
  • Ideal experience in wound or compression care, but will consider other relatable experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in the UK medical devices market or within a healthcare leadership or strategic position.
  • Tenacity, self-drive, and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Agility and curiosity.
  • Effective objection handling, influencing, and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, confident presenting, and adapting to an OMNI-channel approach.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Analytical data analysis skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, utilizing commercial knowledge and data to effectively plan workload and maximize time.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally within the UK, including staying away from home, due to the nature of the role.
  • A full valid driving license.
