We're now looking for an ambitious Hire Consultant to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. As a Project Coordinator within our Hire Department, you'll play a pivotal role in managing equipment rental contracts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services in line with agreed-upon terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and finalise quotations and tenders for hire products and services
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers to ensure alignment with business goals and legal compliance
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Build robust relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a seamless experience

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, administration, or coordination
- Strong background in Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
