About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Woodlands, working nights in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Champion our residents' independence by providing creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and promote a culture of compassion and respect within the team.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to our core values:
