About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class service experiences that exceed challenging KPIs and make Vodafone UK a standout leader in Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and key objectives for your product area, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Be a TOBi focal point of contact for the business, working with Digital In-Life functions and stakeholders to define user stories for delivery into the product backlog, prioritized by business value.
  • Maintain the capability and optimization roadmap, broken down into lifecycle phases, tracked against agreed KPIs from inception through to completion/decommission.
  • Validate user stories and their acceptance criteria, ensuring they are fit for delivery by the team, and convey the vision of user stories for sprint delivery to the Scrum Team for commitment.
  • Inform stakeholders across the business of the Scrum Team's commitment (or otherwise) of their user stories and manage expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Digital Product Owner using the Scaled Agile Framework across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of latest and emerging Conversational AI trends across Chat and Voice.
  • Evidence of use of customer insight and ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong customer experience and strategic focus.
  • Capable of managing a constantly evolving product backlog, showing agility to pivot based on business strategy.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Evidence of strong analytical skills to measure impact and identify trends.
