Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Air Partner, a leading international aviation services group. As a key player in the private aviation industry, we provide world-class aircraft charter services and aviation safety and security solutions to industry giants, commerce champions, governments, and private jetsetters.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Deliver revenue and profitability in accordance with agreed targets, maintaining high earning accounts.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing commercial jets client base, providing a best-in-class customer experience.
- Business Development: Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads and opportunities, building new business for Air Partner in a competitive market.
- Team Support: Assist the Manager with implementing and progressing the Departmental strategy, providing support to the team in all aspects of day-to-day trading.
- Customer Relationships: Manage and maintain high service levels on demanding accounts, forming relationships with key individuals.
- Junior Team Management: Manage, support, and mentor any junior team members, assist with departmental growth – recruitment, induction, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Experience: Previous proven experience in a broking role, with a good understanding of changing markets both in operators and clients.
- Skills: Customer-focused with good people skills, ability to anticipate and outmaneuver rivals in competitive tenders, generate consistent GP for the company, and meet challenging targets.
- Personal Qualities: Competitive, highly motivated, and hungry to win business, with excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met.
