About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Toby Carvery. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and prepare menus, manage food inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
