About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barback to join our team at the Bvlgari Hotel London. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders and waiters with preparing and serving beverages
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and lounge areas
  • Restock glassware, china, and cutlery as needed
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel's social scene

Requirements:

  • Passion for food and beverage service
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications
  • Experience in a luxury service environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
