Technical Agile Project Manager – Vice President Level

Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a seasoned Technical Agile Project Manager to drive agile transformation and lead change within a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and management of agile feature teams for complex projects and programmes.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
  • Implement agile metrics to monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure accurate sprint tracking.
  • Coach and mentor teams on agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and productivity.
  • Proven experience in leading agile projects and change initiatives within complex environments.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like JIRA.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage risk, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
