NHS 24 Clinical Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at NHS 24. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse to provide high-quality telephone assessments, clinical supervision, and leadership to members within a multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to provide continuous clinical supervision and leadership. They will be registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register and possess extensive post-registration experience, preferably within an acute or primary care setting, with a broad range of knowledge across a number of specialties.

This role offers a competitive salary, with a starting salary of £39,912 - £48,635 (pro rata for part-time hours), plus shifts worked during evenings, nights, weekend shifts, and public holidays. Our shift patterns command an average uplift of 33% in addition to the basic salary.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will use a variety of different models to deliver clinical supervision to non-clinical staff. You will also facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement advice, or referral to the appropriate level and location of care, in order to meet the holistic and therapeutic requirements of the patient/carer.
