Are you a dynamic and self-motivated individual looking to take the next step in your career as a Childcare Legal Assistant? Our client, G2 Legal Limited, is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join the Care department at its Telford office.

About the Role:

As a Legal Assistant in the childcare team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Care department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding clients and managing client communications
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Attending court on behalf of solicitors for note-taking
  • Managing calendars, records, and court timetables

About you:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a childcare team along with;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Experience using case management systems such as ALB
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
