Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in North Lanarkshire.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files.
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Liaising with factors and lenders to facilitate transaction processes.
  • Preparing and submitting registration applications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and internal software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000-£65,000 per annum.
