About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Estimator to join our expanding Fleet Solutions team based in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and challenging damage repair costs and estimates from our supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and challenging damage estimates to ensure costs are in accordance with industry standards
  • Negotiating with the supply chain to reduce costs
  • Reviewing and signing off body shop repair estimates
  • Reviewing lease company damage charges
  • Updating internal systems with VOR information from various sources
  • Monitoring and escalating delayed repairs
  • Liaising with other departments for efficient completion of repairs
  • Agreeing and processing vehicles deemed total losses
  • Providing agreed reports
  • Identifying telematics information for Road Traffic Incidents

Requirements:

  • Dedication and determination: following through tasks to completion on time and correctly
  • Organisation and multi-tasking: managing multiple work streams concurrently
  • Microsoft Office and software systems: strong skill level with Outlook and Excel
  • Quality control: attention to detail and ensuring information is accurate
