About the Role

Salary: £13.69 - £14.13 per hour (week) and £18.25 – £18.84 per hour (weekend)

We are looking for an Adult Care Professional to provide high-quality support and care to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals.

The role involves working across short stay and emergency accommodation services, prioritizing the needs of individuals and contributing to the development of person-centered plans.

  1. Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including community activities and household tasks.
  2. Contribute to the development of person-centered plans, including positive risk assessments and guidelines.
