Product Manager for SaaS Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the growth of our flagship SaaS product. As a key member of our Programme and Product Management function, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, delivering market and customer intelligence, and driving customer-centricity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the product vision and strategy, including roadmap prioritization
  • Delivery of market and customer intelligence to inform product decisions
  • Product definition and design to meet customer needs
  • Driving customer-centricity and user experience through data-driven insights
  • Product pricing and revenue growth strategies
  • End-to-end product performance measurement and improvement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in developing and growing outstanding SaaS products
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality digital user experiences
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering B2B software applications
  • Appreciation and understanding of high-quality user-centric product design
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing, sales, expansion, operation, and support of digital products
  • Ability to create financial forecasts and investment cases to govern resource allocation
  • Relationship building, networking, and influencing with key stakeholders, including the ExCo
