**Job Title:** Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled learning facilitator to join our team, providing academic support to students in maths, english, and science. The successful candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt their teaching approach to meet individual needs.

The role involves working one-to-one with students, assessing their learning needs, and developing personalized learning plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of student progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one tutoring in maths, english, and science to students
• Assess student learning needs and develop personalized learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans
• Monitor and record student progress regularly

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possession of relevant qualifications and training
