We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Aceso Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Children's Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to ensure young people receive appropriate plans, programmes, and support.
- Coach, support, and develop staff to maximise their performance and ensure high standards of care.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage and control budgets to meet financial parameters.
- Identify resourcing needs and select, train, and develop staff to ensure service delivery is optimised.
- A professional social work qualification or QCF level 3.
- Managerial experience within a similar environment (at least 1 year supervisory in care setting).
- 1 year residential care experience.
- Full driving licence.
