Brickwork Trainer

About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Bricklaying Lecturer to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a lecturer, you'll engage and inspire students, helping them build practical skills through real-world scenarios and training.

Salary: £33,420 - £40,270 per year plus an Industry Sector Payment of £5,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include delivering high-quality lessons, guiding students through hands-on learning experiences, and cultivating a positive, supportive learning environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong occupational competence in bricklaying, relevant skill set, and a willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years.
