Veterinary Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic veterinary team in North-West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the clinical team to ensure high clinical standards and exceptional patient care, while also supporting the practice's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurse consultations and inpatient care
- Assisting with procedures and anaesthesia
- Mentoring a Student Veterinary Nurse
- Managing daily patient flow and optimizing the care pathway
Requirements:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
