Handyman and Tradesperson

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Handyperson to work with one of the UK's leading facilities management companies, covering areas around Chester, Market Drayton, and Wrexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing building maintenance services across various disciplines, including repairs and maintenance of buildings, painting and decorating, and plumbing and drainage.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a multi-site role offering a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building works both internally and externally.

The specific responsibilities include:

• Building Maintenance
  • Repairing roofs, repairing brickwork, and fixing floors
  • Clearing gutters and downspouts, repairing car parks, and maintaining roller shutters
• Painting and Decorating
  • Painting walls, ceilings, and furniture
• Plumbing and Drainage
  • Fixing pipes, unclogging drains, and replacing toilets

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, paid travel time, and overtime opportunities. You will also receive a company van, 33 days' holiday, pension scheme, and private healthcare benefits.
