About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests in a fast-paced event environment. Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring and serving all food and beverages to customers, clearing tables throughout the event, and ensuring all items are available.
  • Preparing hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces, presenting them in an attractive manner.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks without direction.
  • Serving guests with maximum speed, efficiency, and a smile, while using coffee machines and assisting with ordering and deliveries as required.
