About Imperial Brands PLC

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Chair and Board of Imperial Brands PLC. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires a high level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, managing diaries, maintaining contact databases, and organizing filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence directed to the leadership team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and dining arrangements.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses, accurately recording them within the company's systems.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team to manage events, schedule meetings, and distribute board papers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and their teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Proven track record of providing Executive Assistant support at a C-Suite level.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including knowledge of shared folders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond constructively to unforeseen events.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to use tact and discretion at all times, maintaining confidentiality.
