Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair flat and pitched roofs, identifying technical solutions and recommending remedial works
  • Work alongside our skilled workforce to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain the highest level of customer care, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new repair and maintenance strategies, driving real change and improvement
  • Support improvements to customers through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Experience in repairs on all types of flat and pitched roofs
  • Detailed knowledge of construction-related health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of planning and building regulations, as well as other related codes
  • Fluency in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act)
