Administrative Support Professional

Main Responsibilities
As an Administration Support Officer at Sirona care & health CIC, you will play a vital role in supporting the optimisation of clinical diaries through following administrative standard operating procedures. This will include:
Answering calls and responding to patient queries
Booking appointments and sending out appropriate patient communication
Registering referrals and working in our electronic notes system (EMIS)
You will also be required to add appropriate documentation to patient records and may be required to cover reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients and visitors. Other responsibilities may include ordering stationery and supplies, being a fire warden, and making room bookings.

Person Specification
We are looking for an Administration Support Officer with administration experience in a customer/client environment and NVQ 2 in Administration or equivalent experience. Experience working in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation is desirable.
