Senior Nurse Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Summary:
The Senior Nurse will be responsible for leading the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and promoting best nursing practice within the nursing home. You will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the nursing team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best nursing practice.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
