We are currently recruiting for a Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team in Christchurch, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised under pressure with good attention to detail, and possess excellent IT skills including excel and inputting data accurately and efficiently.
As a Claims Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an empathetic approach for all customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs. You will also be responsible for resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed, and accurately recording information.
The salary for this role is £24,380 per annum, and we offer fantastic opportunities for learning, development, and career progression. We also offer free travel insurance (subject to qualifying criteria) and discounts on home and motor insurance.
