About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth within a designated region in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-capital medical equipment sales, particularly in the urology space.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales quotas for the assigned region, driving revenue growth and managing expenses.
  2. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
  3. Develop and execute strategies for introducing and selling advanced urology-focused medical devices.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams (clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the company's systems.
  5. Provide market intelligence by analyzing competitive activity, pricing, and customer trends.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sale activities to driving utilization and post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales of high-capital medical equipment, with a preference for early adoption-phase products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; a background in medical fields or business administration is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical device sales, including regulatory clearance processes.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
