Job Description

Mountain Warehouse Ltd is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Finance Systems Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position located in London, United Kingdom.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of all Finance systems, including access management, maintenance of role principles and controls, and management of custom fields, forms, searches, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing NetSuite as an end user and will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for updates to Finance systems master data (e.g., chart of accounts, departments, segments) and conduct regular audits for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Prepare routine reconciliation controls between dashboard and NetSuite to provide quality assurance over data imported from the ERP.
  • Support the development of testing plans to ensure routine upgrades are thoroughly tested and provide hands-on support for upgrade testing across the Finance teams.
  • Provide key support to the Senior Finance Manager on the completion of the GITC audit and the implementation of audit team recommendations.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, along with a holiday allowance and pension scheme.
