Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our Mental Health in Schools Team in Coventry and Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the delivery of high-quality specialist clinical psychological interventions to children and young people.
About the Role:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of specialist clinical psychological interventions to children and young people.
- Develop and implement effective psychological formulations, assessments, and therapy plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to other psychological services staff, including qualified psychologists, trainee and assistant psychologists, CBT Therapists, and Education Mental Health Practitioners.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Hold a caseload and support the CYP patient flow through supervision.

Person Specification:
- HCPC Registration as Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist)
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical / counselling psychology
- Experience of working with children and young people
- Knowledge of a range of psychological procedures and techniques
