About the Role

Our client, Construction Resources, is a reputable company specialising in Repairs and Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Development for Social Housing clients in the North West. We are currently seeking a skilled Craftsman to join their responsive repairs team based around the Merseyside area.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ or equivalent in Joinery and experience working within social housing. They will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on properties across the region, using their own tools and a provided van and fuel card.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. This is a permanent position offering stability and opportunities for growth within the company.
