About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to spearhead our efforts in driving growth and adoption among our clients. As Executive Director of Client Growth, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that fosters strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Lead a team of experienced customer success managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, emphasizing collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, leveraging insights to inform product roadmap decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:A minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success within a high-growth SaaS organization.An unwavering commitment to customer obsession, with a passion for driving adoption and growth.Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty with clients.Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, with a bias towards action and results-driven decision-making.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated base salary range of £125,000 - £155,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Your total compensation will also include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
