As an EMEA Regulatory Affairs Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations in the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.


About the Job

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing trade compliance and IPR programs across EMEA. This will involve working closely with our EMEA Trade Compliance Control Tower Lead and other Trade Compliance colleagues to ensure that we are operating within the bounds of the law.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IPR programs according to customs law and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute trade compliance and IPR programs for KCI Manufacturing Unlimited Company, Ireland, and similar programs in EMEA.
  • Act as local contact for customs authorities and internal/external customers.
  • Report to EMEA Trade Compliance Control Tower Lead and support Trade Compliance colleagues.
  • Collaborate with EMEA & Global Trade Compliance colleagues to execute TC strategy and minimize risks.
  • Drive improvement in compliance and business efficiency performance.
  • Define and maintain compliance and efficiency performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assess country compliance and capabilities with EMEA Trade Compliance control tower lead.
  • Optimize processes and drive improvement through project management.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of Import-Export Compliance experience, including IPR submissions to Irish Tax & Revenue or EU-countries.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (verified prior to start).
  • Trade Compliance experience in private, government or military environment.
  • Knowledge of regional trade regulations in EMEA countries.

Additional qualifications:


  • ERP Oracle experience.
  • SAP GTS experience.
  • Complex business models and supply chain experience.
  • Excellent Excel, Business Objects, and software skills for data analysis.

  • Up to 5% Domestic Travel.
  • No relocation assistance.

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
