About UsAs a managed service provider, we deliver high-quality cloud solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our operations team.
Job SummaryThis role involves leading and supporting other technical team members in the delivery of cloud projects. You will be responsible for managing project tasks, scope, and outcomes, as well as providing accurate reporting to senior leadership.
Main ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
• Coordinating tasks across multiple customer Windows environments
• Executing hands-on and automated tasks across multiple Windows environments
• Ensuring services are documented and brought into managed services in a timely manner
• Working with other functions within the business to identify issues and requirements for continued service improvement
• Maintaining work completion in line with KPI targets and personal objectives
RequirementsWe require a strong background in project delivery, ideally within a managed services environment. Key skills include:
• Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) and infrastructure including Active Directory, DFS, DNS, DHCP
• M365 support and migration
• Microsoft Azure and Cloud Technologies
• Scripting language/tool such as PowerShell
BenefitsThis is a remote-based position with a salary up to £65,000 + benefits. The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
