Humanities Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Humanities to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering a love of learning, and promoting academic excellence.
Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote academic rigor and innovation
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in education
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures that support student learning and well-being
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Relevant degree in a subject area or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
