We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Luxury Night Porter to join our team at the esteemed Roe Park Resort in Northern Ireland.

As a Luxury Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of security, and contributing to the overall excellence of our resort.

Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide warm welcomes, ensure requests are actioned, and maintain exceptional customer care standards.
- Security: Conduct routine checks, secure access points, and report any unusual occurrences to management.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines, including night audit reports and communication with departments.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area, perform cleaning duties as required, and adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and uniform appearance.
We require an individual who possesses excellent organizational skills, efficient IT abilities, and a hands-on approach to their work. A proven ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum one year's experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Qualifications: 3 GCSEs or equivalent, with grades A-C, including English Language and Maths.
- Skills: Efficient IT skills, excellent customer care and communication skills, and the ability to undertake routine security and maintenance checks.
- Schedule: Be able to work a night shift from 10:30 pm – 7 am, five nights per week.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the prestige and expectations of this role in a top-tier resort like ours.
