Job Description

Path Recruitment is proud to be working with a large plant hire company that is continuously growing and expanding.

We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Plant Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining all construction plant hire equipment to an extremely high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair heavy plant machinery including excavators, dumpers, bulldozers, and paving machines.
  • Diagnose faults and complete PDIs on site.
  • Carry out routine services on plant equipment.
  • Manage administration tasks and complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in plant hire, construction, or a similar industry. You will also have worked in positions such as Engineer, Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, or Service Technician.

An NVQ in Plant Maintenance or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

This is a Monday-to-Friday role based near Kettering, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
