We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team at Digital DNA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote Digital DNA's services and events
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Support Event Managers, Executives & Directors as required with administrative tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and attendee management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new marketing and sales tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in social media marketing, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 1 day a week to be office-based at our city centre offices.
