About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
- Support colleagues in creating a seamless and engaging customer experience
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience
- Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
- Assist in visual merchandising changes and stock management to ensure a peak-ready store
- Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries, as well as replenishment processes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for our brands and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers
- Flexibility to work across peak periods, including the six weeks leading up to Christmas
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
