**Job Description:** Model Validation and Governance Lead

About Our Client

Our client is a global financial services consultancy firm building out their Risk and Regulation teams. As a key member of the model risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective model validation and governance strategies that meet regulatory requirements and drive business growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, regulatory reforms, and model risk management practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement model validation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and lead client workshops and presentations on model risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement model validation and governance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Lead client workshops and present at industry seminars on model risk management best practices
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and develop compliance strategies

**Estimated Salary:** £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
