About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team of Teaching Assistants. As a Dorset School Assistant Instructor, you will work closely with class teachers to promote high standards of engagement and behaviour, and provide SEN support for individual pupils.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our students and be part of a dynamic teaching team. The post involves various duties, including classroom support and 1:1 assistance, outlined in the job description.

The Successful Candidate

  • Will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Will have experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a primary school environment.
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on children's lives.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is £19,500 - £21,000 per annum, based on a 22-hour week. This includes paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training.
