Job Title: NPD Project Manager

Vertical Advantage is seeking a skilled NPD Project Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of New Product Development (NPD) projects, collaborating with teams across the UK, US, and various EMEA countries.

Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager with FMCG experience to manage multiple NPD projects from concept through to market launch. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in FMCG project management and a highly organized, results-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the NPD portfolio for the EMEA region, ensuring all FMCG projects are delivered on time and in full.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and maintaining momentum through regular updates and action tracking.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess risks in FMCG project management, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple FMCG projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, particularly within a stage-gate framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to FMCG projects.
