Job Title: Parcel Sorter

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Parcel Sorter to join our team at Pertemps Loughborough.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and processing parcels and packages in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload mail and packages from vans and transport them to the sorting area.
  • Sort and process parcels and packages according to destination and priority.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods and lift bags up to 10kg.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
