About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Delivery Manager to join our team at UK Power Networks. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of materials through either Logistics fleet or third-party contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage teams across Logistics, including Technical Service and Development, Cable Management, Transport Teams, Plant Assembly Centre, and other associated cost centres.
  • To take ownership of customer enquiries and concerns originating from the Customer Issue Log, providing efficient feedback and resolution within agreed timeframe targets.
  • To prepare and publish Management Reports for monthly management meetings to improve actions.
  • To ensure procedures, process flow, and SOPs are maintained.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with coaching skills, the ability to think laterally, and experience working within a Logistics function. You must have knowledge of change management, Microsoft Office products, and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard.
