About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to join our team at a dental practice in East Sussex. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, working closely with our Principal Dentist and Hygienist to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, working collaboratively with the Principal Dentist and other dental professionals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting the Principal Dentist and other dental professionals to achieve the practice's goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the practice's business development, identifying opportunities to grow the practice and improve patient satisfaction.
Practice Details:
- Independent, privately-owned practice with a strong reputation in the local community.
- 4-surgery practice with state-of-the-art equipment, including computerised systems, digital X-rays, microscope, and rotary endo.
- Opportunity to work privately on Saturdays, with a stable and supportive working environment.
- Practice offers a range of services, including general dentistry, implants, facial aesthetics, orthodontics, and endodontics.
Requirements:
- Registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and holding an active performer number.
- DBS certificate required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry.
