Forklift Maintenance Engineer

Join our team as a Field Forklift Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Field Forklift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Relevant technical qualification and experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
- A competitive base salary up to £36,000 per annum.
- Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday - Saturday and x2 on Sunday.
