We are seeking compassionate individuals to support children and young people with complex learning disabilities in rural Surrey.

The successful candidates will have a heartfelt commitment to promoting the well-being and independence of vulnerable children.

• Support young people outside of school hours and provide classroom cover during breaks.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, money handling, and participation in on- and off-site activities.
• Promote the young person's independence and overall well-being.
• Contribute to exciting holiday trips.

• Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or within a similar social care setting.
• Flexibility to undertake sleep-in duties.
• A driver's license and access to a car is essential due to the rural location.
